this year's huangcheng year-end outing was at the Hotel beside Funan :/ wad's the name ah? never mind. main thing is, nice stuff happened! i went on the second day, and met up with another loner first. the others were watching the movie shi2 yue4 wei2 cheng2.  this is not a baby turtle! the kind soul treated me to this halfway thru our window shopping cum hunt for the korean restaurant we were supposed to go to for dinner with the rest.  indeed, he is THE kind soul :D too bad he is so shy that he keeps moving around while i try to take a nice pic of him. awwww..... here's a clear pic of the "turtle" and its partner. looks yummy rite? its called rocky-dunno-wad.at nite, yinghan, baona, junjie, kianyang and i went for a stroll at esplanade, VT and did random stuff till like 3am... but was fun. too bad none of us brought a camera along, and we missed several beautiful moments for phototaking. and on to the last day!! bn, lk, jj, yh and i moved tgt again, this time to rush home. first stop was to the lobby's toilet for a quick wash-up. on my way out, i took out my camera and:   i found this christmas tree, and instantly decided that this is gna be the backgrnd for some pics of us. since no one has exited the toilet yet except me.. lemme have a go first. yay! junjie came at the right moment, so he took the pic for me. he's next up:

yay!! at least now we wont be so sad that we din take any pic during this outing! wad a fruitful 10 min at the hotel lobby :P
a nice tourist came along to help us with this. we wonder why we r troubling real tourists to do this sia.
to end off, we tried to include jinhao aka zhujin in our pics, but he was drunk yest nite and was then still sleeping upstairs in the hotel room... so... hes represented by a hat here. we din forget u!!! |
