whew! finally completed FFVII Crisis Core on PSP!! ive been at it for a long time, with several failed attempts :P actl, i started around early feb last year, but then psp spoilt, sent for repair, memory card lost, so stayed stagnant for a while. started again sometime in june, then psp spoilt AGAIN and i din have time to send it for a reasonable repair until december... yea i stayed psp-less for like half a year.... so in dec started again from scratch and within weeks i finally made it! tried to follow the walkthru till chapter 8, when i got bu4 nai4 fan2 and decided to do it on my own... and i fought the last boss at lvl 50 lol... thrashed him upside down and inside out.





haha... yea, lvl 50 simply rocked the boss, since the walkthru person was only 39 when he ended the game. and i was only 45% thru the missions, so imagine how buffed i can be if i complete 100%.. as i was equipping stats materia to level em up to combine to form better ones later, and i din noe it was a final battle until the game really ended, i was simply fighting the last 3 boss fights with only a mug and a curaga... but basically slashing the boss killed it..

the hard work was indeed worth it man! besides the engaging storyline, the cutscenes near the end of the game were more like advent children quality, compared to some of the earlier ones we see throughout the game. so, it feels as though its a reward for digging deeper into the game. (yes, the above video's quality wasnt that good and i couldnt find a better one. trust me, complete the game urself and experience the superb quality end scene on the psp ba ^^) ending was really sad, especially the "sure die" combats juz before the scene above. well, i waited 10+ minutes for the credits to end, hoping that another scene awaits; and sure enough.. i din understand this scene though.. need to check it out online.

i lay stoning on bed for a long while after completing the game, which i usually will end up doing after having gone thru an imba story. so yeps, it was a great game and i was glad i stuck with it and completed it after much delay. yay!
